The Residence is our cozy and high quality venue
Our Residence is the most subtile of our two venues. It suits groups that are not looking for one large space such as in the Koetshuis but are better served with multiple smaller areas.
The ground floor is divided in three spaces constituting of a combined kitchen with living, a dining area and an additional side room. The ground floor also has two bedrooms creating also more accessibility for less abled people. The upper floor three larger and two smaller bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. In total the Residence has five bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single bed and one optional extra room with single bed making eight bedrooms in total. The Residence has a large garden including a salt water swimming pool that can be used in the summer period. The parking area is shared with our other adjacent venue the Koetshuis. However there is enough space.
For our ecological ambitions we were one of the first to install an heat pump in a National Monument to warm the building. With floor heating the ground floor is warmed up. The upper floor has radiators with low temperature heating. It is an historic building with heigh ceilings so be reminded that heating may be challenging at colder days. In the living area there is a wood stove. Please bring always some warmer clothes to be prepared.
Be aware that we are located in an historical setting in nature. This requires specific guidelines for our vistors especially for outside areas such as the pool area. Please read our House Rules to better understand our offering.
