Private chef style

Koetshuis Waterland offers the ultimate private dining experience in a bohemian chic atmosphere. From the comfort of your own private venue we will create a culinary dream. In a live cooking session our chef works his magic. You can choose from a different set of menus all with fresh ingredients where possible from our own historic vegetable garden. This garden is 1.000m2 from which we get our biological fresh vegetables, fruits and flowers. You can visit our garden alongside your dinner. Also we offer fish from our close by harbour. A vegan experience is one of the other options. Our wines are carefully selected. Below you will find an example of our Italian shared dinner.

Our dinners can be hosted in our French garden in front of the Koetshuis or within the Koetshuis itself depending on weather conditions and dinner specifics. Additionally we provide matching table settings and general styling and we could even think of an opera singer to provide for a short dinner break.

All menus will be served including matching wines, table water and a coffee table with digestive. We will bring you a dreamy table setting with elegant dinnerware, jazzy tunes and of course a lot of candles.

Our styled dinners including private chef will be offered for €98 per person for a 3-course dinner creating a unique and memorable experience. Considering the preparation for each dinner we hold on to a minimum of 10 persons although sometimes we can offer for smaller groups with a supplement on the tariff.
