Retreat Experience
Each stay is part of a retreat-light experience centered around reflection, well-being, nature, and meaningful connection. Guests can take part in inspiration and reflection sessions, body & mind activities, communal cooking and dinners, or simply enjoy the peaceful environment at their own rhythm.
Our team is regularly present throughout the day to guide the atmosphere, facilitate activities, and support the shared retreat experience.
Whether you want to slow down in nature, explore new perspectives, recharge, or spend intentional time away from daily routines, Estate of Mind offers the space to do so in a calm and inspiring setting.
The Estate of Mind Experience includes:
– Daily group inspiration and reflection sessions for sharing thoughts, insights, and ideas
– Guided activities such as yoga, mindful movement, music sessions, and walks in nature
– Shared spaces for communal cooking, dining, relaxation, and conversation
– Private rooms equipped for personal reflection, including guided meditations, journaling prompts, and calming audio experiences
– On-site hosts available throughout the stay for guidance, practical support, and questions

– Guests stay within a shared retreat environment focused on well-being, reflection, and community experiences
– Participation in activities can be tailored to personal preference and comfort level
– Curated food and drink provisions for shared meals, snack and refreshments throughout the day are offered for €49 per day.
– Rooms are offered exclusively as part of the Estate of Mind retreat experience

– Spacious room with two separate beds with which a double bed can be created.
